An animal lover, she aims to bridge the gap between pet parents and pet-related facilities by creating a single-window solution to all things related to pets.
Pawsumm World aims to provide a platform where businesses associated with animals and pet parents can be brought together on a single platform. In an attempt to provide exclusive and premium products and services, Pawsumm World has a strict Q&A policy before any listing is approved.
Maj Alka Khurana Sharma (Veteran) is an Indian Army personnel who has served the nation for years together. She is also an ardent animal lover and nature enthusiast. Her love for animals gave birth to the Pawsumm World – a one-of-a-kind pet products and services aggregator platform.
She found love, solace, and blessings in Dollar, a Dalmation, who came into her life and filled it with joy and happiness.
Unfortunately, it was time for Dollar to move on to the next world but he left her with a lifetime of memories and the zeal to do more for the furry creatures. While Dollar’s absence left a void in her life, Alka found comfort in the strays around her. Dollar and his four-legged friends taught her the language of love and compassion in its purest form.
It is now Alka’s mission to give back to the animals and she aims to do so by providing a variety of services and facilities to pet parents and strays. Pawsumm World is the answer to all pet needs.
